Fees & Refund Policy (English)

Kulshot is an online software service; nothing physical is shipped. Payments, where there are any, are processed by Stripe. All prices are in Thai baht.

Ad assistant: free right now. The ad assistant is free to use right now. We are not charging for it yet and no card is needed. The AI can write up to 20 ad-copy drafts per day. If we start charging for the ad assistant, we will announce it first. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, never through Kulshot, and our fee is never a percentage of ad spend.

Work paid through payment links. Ad copy written for a shop or clinic is priced separately and paid through a Stripe payment link at the price shown on that link. Cancellation and refunds below apply to all payments to Kulshot.

Cancellation. The ad assistant has no plan to cancel; stop using it any time. Monthly work paid through a link renews automatically each month. Cancel any time by emailing info@kulshot.com from the email you paid with; we confirm in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you are not charged again.

Refunds. Credits and any part of a service already used are non-refundable, and started billing cycles are not prorated. We refund in full for duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or payments where the service was not delivered or could not be used because of a fault on our side. Email info@kulshot.com with the date, amount and account email; we reply within 7 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

Price changes. If we start charging for the ad assistant, we will tell you before we begin.
